Formal Written Complaints

    I was wondering what rights do you have against someone, if they have made a formal written complaint to the Gardai. Do you have a legal right to see the written complaint? Also, can you see them for use in a legal proceddings? Especially if you have not been charged with anything, even though you have been brought into the Garda station for questioning?
