Moving House

Just looking for suggestions on what I need to do with Sky as i'm moving house. The new house has a dish (looking pretty rusty tbh) but only 2 cables appear to be coming from it and I need 3. 2 for the sky + box and one for a second (non multi-room) standard box.

Is the best thing to do to call Sky's moving service,
or alternatively get my wife to call as a completely new customer and avail of a new customer offer. If we did this would I lose all content currently stored on the existing Sky + box ?

Just looking for any pros and cons with the 2 methods above or if I should consider other options

    Thanks

If you cancel your current card, you won't be able to play back programmes recorded with it.

I think Sky do a reasonable moving house deal - check out the cost. They will, of course, try to "sell you up" to Sky+HD.

If you aren't hooked to Sky Sports or Movies, look into ditching them and getting FreeSat + Saorview ;-)

I would consider it but Sky Atlantic looks too good :)
