    Hi,

First of all before I say anything I want to say that my physio has fixed my shoulder problems and given me the all clear to resume exercise.

She has recommended I do a large amount of core exercises as it is quite weak due to poor posture in my office job, these are all pretty standard such as planks, side planks and supermans.

She also recommended that I do some light shoulder and middle back work. One exercise she mentioned was rows with dumbbells to help get things back to normal and prevent future problems, i'm also using resistance bands to help fix the problem. I was just wondering if anyone here could recommend some other middle back exercises to help improve things in the longrun?

    Thanks
