Non-Respondent Divorce Question.

This is a simple question and I'm wondering if anyone here has been through a divorce situation were the applicant is faced with a Non-Respondent and if so, roughly how long would such a typical case take from beginning to end? The applicant is using a private solicitor instead of the Legal Aid system.

Any and all information would be greatly appreciated and I thank you in advance!

It depends to a certain degree about what Circuit you are suing in.

Dublin has approximately 3 Circuit Court Family judges sitting all week while some other circuits have family sessions every few months
