Lads I'm just deciding on roof insulation and was wondering if people would recommend the spray foam insulation (demilec selection 500) or solid boards for between the rafters (I.e tp10 or likewise equivalent). The house is a dormer bungalow and I would really like to make sure I get the best outcome for the house and ber.
