The new text loads really slow on walker 24" lcd tv

    A friend bought a walker TV but has found that the new text takes ages to load pages. Is THIS the norm or a possible fault?

    It's much faster than traditional Teletext on LG xxLD450 and DTT USB stick on Windows 7.

    What is signal quality like? (Not level).

    Can't say I've had that problem on my 26 inch walker tv. Although the sound does stop for a second when loading a new text page

    Had a 19" and found the same. Takes 32 seconds to load the first page. Also had image problems with RTE2 HD (Ch 47 Limerick). Service from power city was excellent and they had no problem accepting the return.
