Laptop battery capacity||

    Hi there, I am buying a new battery on Ebay for my Dell Vostro 1510 laptop. The description says the capacity is 6 cell, but the old battery says capacity 56Wh...are they same or is the one I am going to buy compatible? Thanks

    Beware of dodgey batteries from ebay. I'd only buy genuine ones, ebay sellers who sell cheap knock offs use terminology like "6-cell" so they don't have to say what Watt hours the battery is.
    You can find sellers on ebay who sell genuine batteries, they're usually a bit more expensive though.

    sorry to bring this up again. I need to buy a new battery for my laptop and don't know what i should be looking for 6 cell, 8 cell, wattage etc. where should i buy one from. my laptop is a samsung q310
