Pickup / Guitar Choice

I'm in Australia for the foseeable future and the guitar prices are a bit extreme here IMO so I have been thinking about getting one of my guitars sent from home, but I cant decide which one. :rolleyes:
Basically I have an American standard strat and several Ibanez Jems. What I want is the Strat neck pickup sound the the Jem bridge humbucker sound, but can't decide if it would be better to put a stacked humbucker in the Strat's bridge position or a good single coil in the Jem's neck position.
What do you guys think?

The Strat body will probably be routed for 2 humbuckers and a single under the scratchplate. You could buy a new Fender scratchplate for 1 bridge humbucker and 2 singles setup, just like a Fat Strat setup and throw in a Dimarzio Evo pickup.

Yeah that's probably the best option, I was toying with the idea of putting a Dimarzio area 61 and a hot rails in the neck postion of an alder bodied Jem and coming up with a toggle switch to choose between but it's messy. I just watched that video you posted about the TC pedals and the tone that guy gets from that H-S-S Suhr guitar is awesome.
So I'll go with the strat and a bridge humbucker, I think though that maybe a humbucker with less of an outout would be more suitable, I find Evos to be way too hot in the bridge, the blaze in my old Universe sounded better to me.
Have you any experience with the Fred or Air Norton?
