Question regarding Diabetes and Yoghurt

I'm a diabetic and I'm looking to find a yoghurt that isnt plied with sugar, as I'd like to add some into my diet as a low fat snack. I didn't realise how much is in them until recently, the average pot seems to have around 15g of sugar, which isn't too good for my blood sugar levels!

Any suggestions for yoghurts that would have less sugar than usual?
