Knocksink Woods, Enniskerry

Just wondering if anyone knows what days/times the car park is open into Knocksink Woods. I used to walk there all the time but any time I drive past now, no matter what day or time, the barrier is down at the main entrance. It's possible to park on the main road but a bit dangerous to unload 3 dogs onto a main road!…

Last time I was up there there had been some subsidence on that access road so I think it has been closed down.
Park in the church carpark a short distance away.
