Shouldn't need to be dosed again until they are out about 6 weeks as they won't be exposed to worms or fluke while they are housed.

You may have missed a few weeks worth of the last fluke to be taken up but if you're on dry ground I'd not worry about it. Worms are taken care of.

a cheap fluke dose is all they should need if any at all
