Only 5 minutes in and it's been end to end, 100 miles an hour stuff. Might brighten up the day of anyone who endured the Ulster game!

This should be a great game. Both teams have to go for the win or they are out.

The power of that Leicester scrum is phenomenal. 3-0 Leicester after a flood penalty from a scrum.

Great game so far, predicting a Leicester win but hoping Scarlets can take it. This years groups all coming to a really exciting climax..

Should have been a yellow imo.

Edit:What a try! Some great offloads

First try to the Scarlets, Stoddart got it. Great score.

Jaysus. Stoddart almost lost it there but it was a good finish in the end i suppose. A beaut of a try.

    Great try for Scarlets.

Great try, Davies from the 22 burst past the tackler, drew the full bakc, passes to Stoddart and he cuts inside Ben youngs to finish. Lovely score. Jones adds the extras.

Davies is such an animal. Has to start for Wales.

Is the first time Scarlets have filled their ground?

    Jones converts, 7-6.

Definitely wouldn't want to play them in the knock out if they get through. Playing great in attack and defense and their break down work is great, creating havoc on Leicester's ball.

eh how was that not hands in the ruck?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,586 ✭✭✭sock puppet

How the **** did Leicester get away with that?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,288 ✭✭✭crisco10

Whatever about Rolland missing it cos it was the other side of the ruck but the TJ should have seen it. there were no men in between him and that ruck.

    25-13 to Leicster.

Leicster controlling the game easy now, 7 mins to go.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,288 ✭✭✭crisco10

Lei 25-13 up with 5mins to go. startling lack of a set piece from scarlets.

Think I'm right in saying that if Leinster win next week we've a home QF, most likely against Ulster or Leicester, though the second bit is up in the air.

    Someone check my maths!

If Leinster win next week they will be guaranteed 3rd seed or higher so it all depends on other results who we will be playing

Think we may finish 3rd if we win which would probably mean the winner of Munster's pools. That's depending on Northampton and Toulouse winning away though.

    Checked! :D

yeah a Leinster win next week (with or without BP) gives us a home qf. No matter what the teams in pools 4 or 5 do (Biarritz, Ulster, Perpignan, Leicester), they can't finish ahead of Leinster if Leinster win.

As to who they would play, you rightly say it's up in the air. Don't forget Wasps have 15 points without having played yet this weekend. Pool 6 could throw out a best second-placer

    Is that correct?
    Good weekend if so.

Edit indeed it is correct. Two groups (Ulster and Leicester's groups, can only get 22, and Toulon would need 2 BP wins to get 23, so lookin good.

If you've the same points as a group winner, does it go to try's scored, cos if Wasps get two non BP wins, we'll be on the same points.

    Jones converts, 7-6.

Ground was not full from what I saw - quite a few empty seats behind posts on right hand side.
