I have o2 broadband, 15gb month limit. New enough to me, is it calculated the longer your online the more data you take up or how is it calculated ? I downloaded a good bit from i tunes over christmas both songs and videos, so will this impact by limit I assume films have high download limit ?

It's calculated by what you use, not by time. Everything you do online uses part of your allowance.
