    Hi

I just have a question regarding a situation I'm in and maybe you guys can help me out.

I'm thinking about selling my car, the thing is its under HP from the banks at a crazy APR. Can I just sell the car? or what way do I have to go about this?

    thanks

You can sell the car when you clean off the loan, it's not yours until then.

Ask the bank how much to buy out the loan.

As stated above, legally, you have no right to sell the car. Its not your property until the last payment is made. If you want rid of it you need to discuss it with the finance house and agree terms.
