illegal dumping

I live in a small estate which has bin stores and large dumpster bins for residents . Private not council.

It is quite a common occurrence for the people from out side our estate to avoid bin tags and dump their rubbish on our bins at night.

This is costing us more and they sometimes they dont even put the rubbish in the bins. They throw bin bags into the store where wild life opens it. Big mess.

Today the same happens .. Busted bin bag. The numb skull left his mail in the bin and I have the address. He does not live here.

What can be done to this person now? Im getting fed up paying for him and cleaning his mess.

Report every single breach to litter warden. Get lock for dumpster.

Cant lock them. its an open bin store they will just keep dumping out side the store.

Im temped to take the burst bag and throw it into the garden of the offender.

Phone the environmental section of your county council. Follow up in writing or email.

Most litter wardens and environmental staff are most interested in following up such cases.

    got a call back.

Fine being issued to the begger who dumped his rubbish here.

I had to take a photo and keep the letter with his name on it.

150euro would have got them a whole lot of bin tags
