Just ran into this website http://www.propecia.com

there are ppl on other forums/websites experiencing hair loss, and are taking these tablets with great results in retaining their hair and/or hair growth.

Just wondering if anyone on boards has heard of them or uses them?

I myself am slowly going bald :( and know of hair transplant etc and rogain?
but am wondering if anyone is using there with success?

    thanks :D

Just shave it off, everybody has skinheads/close cuts these days. I remember having a blade 4 all over in school (a good 17-18 years ago) and a teacher taking me aside and asking "what the hell have you done to yourself", I saw him about 4 years ago and he had a skinhead himself.

I also saw a graduation photo of my class a few years after, I was the only one with a blade all over, but loads of my mates have skinheads now, many a proper skinhead, not like my "3-4 all over"

Back then it was like you were branded either a criminal, cancer patient or a neo-nazi. I remember when people would get a head shave for chairty, like it was a huge big deal. I know a guy got it about 5 years back but nobody batted an eyelid when it was done, and he kept it ever since.

Hair loss could be the least of your problems if you start using propecia! The active ingredient is finasteride which can cause impotence and other such problems, so be careful. Rogaine contains minoxidil which won't have this side effect but can ironically lead to more hair loss.
That said, both treatments have shown to be relatively successful and in fairness most of the side effects are rare.

Propecia- It'll give you hair up there and what you need down there!:)

ps- Possible side effects may cause loss of scalp and penis.

procepia is very good. works for around 85% of men. mainly stops futher loss rather than new growth. sexual side effects are very rare and they cease when the drug is stopped. There are only 2 products proven to stop/reverse hairloss. procepia and minoxodil (rogaine). nizorel shampoo has also been shown to stop testosterone conversion to DHT which causes hairloss.
proscar 5mg (finesteride) divided into 4 is a much cheaper way than procepia if you can get your doctor to prescribe it for you.
    hope this helps
