N3 roadworks - M50 interchange

Has anyone noticed the roadworks on the N3 inbound just before the M50 interchange.

They were started on the 17th of November and are still in place. The buslane has been closed from just before the Snugborough road junction and one of the two lanes on the joining slipway from Snugborough has also been closed.

Some mornings this has caused tailbacks almost as far back as Clonee due to taxis, buses and the people who just barrel down the bus lane are forced back out on to the main cariageway due to the bus lane closure.

So just about two months of this now, two months and guess what all this has been for ..... the installation of one single electronic sign at the side of the road. The traffic restrictions have also been left in place during the many days when no workers or any machinery seem to be on site at all.

Does anyone know if such work should actually take so long?
