Thinking of switching...

I am currently thinking of switching to Sky Digital from UPC digital, mainly due to channel choice and with there being a deal on at the moment that looks quite good and the same price I pay for UPC can get the same if not less and more channels (red button services)

I have one or two questions if anyone can help me out?

We have three other tv's in the house, will these still receive the signal from the wall socket if we have Sky (currently they do receive a good "cable" selection of channels but its hit and miss with the selection, and I know analogue is soon to be gone forever, so maybe makes this question null and void)?
I know that I can get multiroom, but who really wants to pay 15 squid a month extra?
Is it possible to get another box from eBay or something and hook it up to receive channels? Freeview boxes is another thing I was thinking of using for these tv's.

    Freesat
You don't even need Sky at all unless you want SkySport.

    and http://www.saortv.info/channels/uk-televison/

You can have Sky Sub and two extra Freesat boxes from same dish. Unlike UPC you own the dish & box when Sky Install, but minimum 12month contract. After 12month you can cancel and still have all the free channels. The LNB on the dish arm hass four outlets and Sky only uses two.

If using FTA / Freesat for extra TVs or all TVs you need a TV aerial for RTE Digital and compatible TVs or cheap set-box converter.
