Hybrid and Irons

    Well been a novice what do you make of Hybrids. I like them. Do people prefer Irons? Just a question would like to hear what you think.

    I love the 6 iron -> PW. Not a major fan or the 5 or 4 (although I can hit them alright). I have a 3 hybrid and I'm seriously considering a 5 and 4 hybrid. I mean, why not?

    think hybrids are great idea,gives anyone who struggles with long irons an alternative,easier to hit and higher flight than iron it replaces.pros taking advantage of that also.

    i play off a low H,cap (3) and i can say that everybody should have at LEAST one hybrid in there bag, they are a revoultion, they have improved my game by at least 2 shots a round, the 230yards to 200 yard shot were a three iron wasnt the most accurate of club, the hybrid (a cobra baffler) makes it a hell of alot easier

    I'd agree with that.
    I'm off 6 and a good ball striker but I've been struggling with my 3 and 4 iron lately.
    I bought a replacent hybrid last month ,despite thinking I didnt need it ,but its marvellous .
    Effortless to hit ,as easy as hitting a 7 iron but it goes a mile ,210 yards no bother with it.
    Cant wait to use it out more over the summer.
