WWE's Next Big Tag-Team???

I was thinking about this last night, and hopefully it is deserved of it's own topic. Every so often, the WWE creative team bring together two big-stars that are in the main event scene (or just knocking at the main event door), and form a tag team that you wouldnt think could work but does actually work. Some examples are HHH & Austin, Edge & Orton (Rated-RKO), Jericho & Big-Show and even The Miz & Jericho.

Now I know we have the Nexus,
on both Raw & Smackdown now it seems
, but I wonder who the next "Big" random Tag team, that works will be.

I would love if Jericho came back and formed an alliance with either The Miz or Sheamus. Also, i could see a heel Team of Edge & Big Show working pretty well.

    Sheamus and Drew Mcintyre
I've always been tempted to see Drew Mcintyre and Sheamus together for some reason. Something about a heel team with an irish and a scottish guy seemed cool. They'd be tearing into the american crowds about how great they are and how they're legendary fighters etc. Some sort of stable with Regal also appeals to me. A man can dream. Of course, Regal is on his way out now so I'll be deprived of that. :(

I'm bloody sick of two established singles wrestlers becoming a tag team for a few months. but to go along with the thread....

Triple H and Sheamus. They could be the 'real' Kings of Wrestling :P

em, not really what you're going for but i'll always shill Edge and Christian.

Drew Mac could do with a tag team, although it might be smarter putting him in SD's Nexus, he could link with Barrett or he just needs a leader/mouthpiece. He could tag with Regal.

I'd also try Edge and Morrison -- have JoMo update his failing 70s gimmick and have him be more of a (:pac:) 90s rocker, thanks to Edge's influence. Morrison badly needs a mouthpiece.

Mysterio and Bourne would be great for both wrestlers.

They both need something to do tbh.

Sheamus will eventually have to move past the Morrison thing, and the likely HHH thing. Drew is currently floating around with a thing for a diva.
Drew would be the technical and smart one, Sheamus would be the powerhouse brute.

You'll have to direct me towards the match/promo where that'd be true lol.

I think all Europeans would love a stable along the lines of Barrett/Sheamus/McIntyre/Finlay/Regal :pac:

I could see Ezekiel Jackson and Mark Henry being paired together, for obvious visual reasons. Daniel Bryan and William Regal would be cool, then the Bella Twins wouldn't have to argue over just one man.

At the moment, Sheamus is so over as a singles guy, pairing him with anyone right now would be ridiculous after he just won KOTR, maybe down the line when he starts to get a bit stale, but that ship defentely hasn't starting sailing yet.

And finally, John Cena and Darren Young, again for obvious visual reasons.

I think WWE missed out on a great tag team with Kaval and Bourne imo

Anyways looking at the current rosters for SD and Raw I wouldnt mind seeing Bourne/Yoshi, Miz/Riley, Wade/Ezekiel and Bryan/Regal tag for a while

King and Orton have been in a few tag matches together lately
