Online Game, Would it Work?

    Just an idea that popped into my head, probably silly but whatever.

    Would obv be totally based on the honour system. No point in playing with a cheating scoundrel.

    Basically it's a Darts challenge match thread.

    I'll give you an example.

    Toss a coin for first throw.

    So I win and I'm away in a game of 501

    I post my score. T20 20 20, 100 scored.

    Player 2 then post his score T20 20 T20, 140 scored.

    Now I wouldn't be the greatest player so that 140 put some pressure on and perhaps I twitch a bit.

    20 20 T5, 55 scored. 346 left

    Player 2, buoyed by my low score bashes me with another 140.

    And so on till one of us hits that double.

    Now obviously players would have to be honest in there ability, if they feel a bit of pressure from high scores or nearing the finish ect ect.

    Obv couldn't be played for any stakes as that would add more pressure and we couldn't throw our real game with extra tension on.

    Like I said probably silly but what do ya think.

    Serious honor rules would be needed,

    Alternatively :

    Set up Skype, use webcams and point them at the dartboard, close enough to make out the scores...
