It must be galling indeed for Minister Dempsey that he won`t be around for the eventual outcome of this little spat....

    http://www.independent.ie/national-news/toll-road-operators-defy-rules-by-refusing-to-cut-fees-2492695.html

All those wonderful private Toll Facility "Operators", each one more "Customer Focused" than the next, vying with each other to bring the benefits of commerciality to the huddled motoring masses.......well,not quite......seems only one of them is

(Guess which Toll-Operator won`t have it`s franchise renewed)

Given that the benefits of all this Fianna Fail/PPP Commerciality are so vast that they must remain top-secret...ooops sorry..."Commercially Sensitive",it`s now most likely that some compliant Judge will be found who will exclude the Press representatives from whatever Legal Proceedings materialize.

    Watch this space...eh Noel.....;) ;);)

Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.

    http://www.herald.ie/national-news/city-news/dart-and-bus-users-facing-new-fare-hike-2490333.html
DUBLIN rail passengers are facing a 5pc hike in fares on Dart and Dublin commuter services.

And Dublin Bus is also looking to increase ticket prices for commuters within the year.

Dublin Bus has applied to the National Transport Authority (NTA) to allow it to increase fares across city bus services.

Fares on buses throughout the capital currently run from €1.15 to €2.30, while Dart fares run from €1.40 to €4 -- but these are set to increase.

Seems everything else is going up ('cept our net income)
