CRO Registration of a business name

    Hi guys,

    i'm just woundering when you are posting in you reg document along with your fee, what else do you need to send in with it?

    I've heard you need to prove that the business u are reging is yours?

    If this is true any suggestions on the best way to do this :rolleyes:

    Nothing else required unless you are a non-EU national, in which case a copy of your stamp 4 is required.

    Thanks for that. I finally got a hold if the CRO on the phone after 4 days of trying.

    Ur right they said I only need to send in the printed page form my online registration with it signed and dated along with my fee of €20

    The RBN1 form will ask details of the person, partnership or company registering the business name. Once this is filed and you submit the signature page & €20 the name will be registered. The Certificate should be displayed at the principal place of business and will be needed by the bank to open a bank account
