    Geographically, the nearest dole office to you in Tinahealy would be Arklow, so I'd say that's your best bet (phone: 0402-20420) . The other offices in Wicklow are Bray or Wicklow town, and a branch office (smaller office) in Baltinglass. See here.

    For the Community Welfare Office, go to the health centre in Tinahealy (Phone: 0402-38238)

    Good luck.

    Edit: This is my 100th post!

    Yes, you do.

    from http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/social_welfare/social_welfare_payments/supplementary_welfare_schemes/rent_supplement.html

    You must also:

    * Pass a habitual residence test
    * Pass a means test.
