Hi, Just a quick query about the above website. Has anyone any experience of them?
Looking to book a hotel in Liverpool, and it is 200e cheaper through this site:eek: Im thinking its too good to be true.
    How can this be possible?

They're extremely reputable; I have used them many times. They aren't always cheap, though, & can be more expensive than booking directly with hotels. But they occasionally have great deals. You needn't worry about booking with them.

hotels.com is great. been using them for years and never had problems. just check what the cancellation policy is. with some of the deals you pay up front and there is no refund

I've used them for hotels in Madrid and New York, no hassleswith them at all.
Got cheaper prices than quoted by the hotels themselves on both instances.

    Enjoy the trip!

AFAIK they are linked to Expedia somehow. I used Hotels.com recently and upon arrival the Check-in Agent said "I see you are prepaid with Expedia" so either it's the same umbrella company or one uses the other. Much of a muchness anyway.

OP, I would use them no bother, if the price is right then work away. Btw try this discount code HCJD6HT it knocks 10% off some, but not all, bookings on hotels.com

I'v used hotels.com many times. Possibly the biggest in the game. They're generally easy on you if you have to cancel too.

Thanks Savman for the discount code - just used it now.

I would also look up the following website travelrepublic.ie as I find that some times they can offer good rates also.
One time I priced a hotel in Boston on hotels.com and then travel republic - it was €200 cheaper on travel republic.

Suppose you have to ask the small print. But like I said they didn't get away with it
