    Hi

I am going for a job interview this week for an IT role. One of the useful skills but not a required skill is knowledge of the APT processes.

Just wondering if anyone knows what this is as I'd like to be able to talk about it and say I have some awareness of what it is?

Or if anyone has any good resources I can read up on?

Apologies if this is the wrong section to ask in.

    Cheers

You've got apt, which is a package manager in Linux (Debian / Ubuntu mostly)

Or you have Advanced Persistent Threats which are targeted hack attacks specific to your company/service, and when one approach is halted, others will be tried in short order.

Right ok sorry should have included this in original post. Job description states ATP support for .net and Java.

Would anyone knows what it means in that context?

    Cheers.
