    I was looking some advise regarding KPI's.
    I have some ideas but was looking to get other feedback. I was looking to find the best KPI's Financial and Non Finanacial to assess the performance of Service Stations (i.e fuel stations & grocery shop) and also best way to assess the performance of the Manager of these.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

    If comparing different stations, the ratio of non-fuel sales to fuel sales is important given the margin differential.

    Ratio of fuel-only customers - poor ratios in this area may indicate bad shop layouts or incorrect pricing.
