Advice for Desktop purchase

    Hi all,
Neighbour is looking for advice about purchasing a Desktop machine.
I tried to sell him the mobility of laptops, but he's sticking with a desktop.

    Budget around the E600 mark
Other requirements: Some moderately okay graphics card. His current PC isn't up to playing Empire: Total war.
No other requirements really, just a general pc for storing ipod music and some downloaded films.

If it was for me, I'd be inclined to buy the components and put it together myself. But I don't want the hassle of possible getting my first build wrong for someone else

    I've seen
    http://elara.ie/products/detailsfullft.asp?productcode=ECE2065515#spec
but am worried about the graphics card.

    I've also seen http://www.dabs.com/products/hp-pavilion-core-i3-550m---3gb-ddr-ram---1tb-hdd---windows-7-home-premium-64-bit-desktop-pc-763D.html?refs=54090000-22
but equally am worried about the graphics.

Are there any deals on desktop configurations out there at the moment.
Alternativly, apart from elara and dabs, can anyone recommend a reliable website for purchases

    Cheeers
