Hope someone can help me. I have an '01 Clio and when i press my brake the front fog light on my dash comes on and lately my hazards come on on the dash too. I know it must be an electrical problem but i'm just wondering is it a big job to get fixed and will it cost much? Maybe someone else has had the same problem.

Have you checked you bulbs? I'd guess maybe you have a brake light gone.

Normally on the Renaults it is the light bulb holder in the back. This is an easy job to replace, remove the bulbs, disconnect the bulb holder, and replace with new one. It's just a case of finding which holder is causeing the problem. Maybe change both of the if the part is not to dear.

Yes sounds like a common ground connection has disconnected from the car body, which could be at a rear bulb holder alright, so the different circuits feed through each other from not being connected to the car body(ground).
