I have dynamic hip screw on my right hip. Now that I'm starting to train properly I'm wondering what the effects of heavy loading might be on it. I'm thinking it's probably not designed to deal with the angels of force during a squat.
It looks pretty much like this
Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing, even on other joints like knees or whatever?0
