Toshiba L350D 215 help needed. laptop wont start up properly goes as far as balck screen with pointer which i can move but that it. When I force shut down options on restart repair or start normally dont matter which i do stops at black screen with pointer. tried to setting back to factory setting but have no recovery…

tried to setting back to factory setting but have no recovery disks (long story) cant seem to find which key allows to instal from partition on disk? Is there one.
So if anyone has ideas, or has set of recovery disks that i can copy would be very grateful. Thanks
