I'm using the Parrot MKI 9200...it cost me €280 in totall..about €80 of that was labour costs as you can buy it on amazon for about €200...but it's a bitch to install unless you know your car electronics inside out..
Some issues with bluetooth audio streaming from the iphone in that it stops streaming after one song...however since I have a spare nano, I have that hooked upto the cable in the glovebox and just use the bluetooth on the iphone for phone calls which it handles excellent...no problems with people hearing what I say or hearing them.

I use the Tom Tom cradle. It usually costs about €100. Once your car system has an input jack, it can play your music over the car speakers, and it works well as a handsfree system. You don't need any SatNav Apps to use it, and if your car system doesn't have an input jack, it has a built in speaker (fine for calls, although it would be crap for playing music I think). Easy to install yourself, no knowledge of car electric systems needed, it just attaches to your windscreen/dashboard and plugs into the cigarette lighter. There is a free app to download if you don't use the Tom Tom app, just to stop it from continually telling you that you don't have the app when you insert your phone.

I use a TomTom satnav and this is a bluetooth hands free kit also.

Many satnavs have a built in bluetooth hands free kit which should work.

    Cheers
