Has anyone heard of people being approved for SO lately earning approx this amount? Do the Co Co decide what percentage you buy? Also if I bought for example 60% of house and Co Co bought 40% would that mean that I only pay 60% of deposit to the Co Co? It would mean more savings available for furniture etc...
