    Arsenal on regular telly, yay!

Ramsey is in the squad for tomorrow.

Quite a tricky Arsenal team to predict. Szczesny will be in goal and Gibbs I'd imagine will start at left-back. Eboue on the other side. Koscielny is rested so it'll probably be Squillaci and Djourou, although Ignasi Miquel has been included too. Denilson, Rosicky and one from Cesc, Ramsey and Eastmond. Three from Bendtner, Chamakh, Vela and Arshavin up front.

Leeds fans, is young Sanchez Watt is likely to start?

Sanchez Watt is ineligible to play against Arsenal and I think Gibbs is injured or as he recovered?

He has been out injured for a while, and in his absence Gradel and Snoddy have been superb and scoring goals. However he has made great impacts off the bench since his return. We've had quite a settled line up but with a settled line up comes fatigue so I wouldn't be surprised if Grayson might change things up a bit.

Watt has been given permission to play.

Watt has actually been given permission to play by Arsenal and so is eligible. However he's doubtful after picking up a head injury against Cardiff the other night.

Fair play to Wenger, he gave the go-ahead for Watt to play.

A League One team got a draw with Premier League Spurs at White Hart Lane and had them worried until late on in the second leg;)

I wouldn't be blowing any trumpets about taking two games and struggling to beat a Leeds team that were out of form at the time iirc.

But please continue BERBA, some day you might emulate the mighty mink_man

This is on early enough that I'll catch the first half before my own game tomorrow. Arsenal on the telly, madness.

A lot of changes for tomorrow, I reckon Pepe has the back line right, I don't think Miquel will get a start.

Rosicky, Denilson and Song in the middle I reckon.

Bendtner, Chamakh and Vela/Arshavin up front.

If we manage to go into the last 15/20 winning comfortably I'd love to see Ramsey get on.

We're always on the Telly if you've Sky/ESPN

Plus we strangely got a load of RTE Champions League games this season too.

Dont think Leeds will be arsed about this, isnt the 4th round the furtherest you have ever got :D Leeds have easily the worst cup record of any top team.

Altho quite rightly **** the cup , 2nd is their priority.

Did we? I only remember one being on RTE, the rest were tv3 or setanta and the Shakhtar away wasn't shown at all.

    Me neither:D

I know we haven't been great in the cup at all. Sure with 8000 plus Leeds fans there tomorrow, it should be a good occasion.

Im not being cocky but I think Arsenal will underestimate us just like United.

Marching on together!! Its going to be a good match. Leeds always play better against a better quality opposition. fact.

    I cant wait!!!

We were rubbish in the League though, beating Man Utd completely messed up the team and we only just sneaked promotion after being terrible for the rest of the season.

If we can keep the score to 2 goals win or less for Arsenal then I'll be happy but you never know. I reckon Leeds will make changes because the match against Scunthorpe is a much bigger game than this is.

Do Leeds have a decent right midfielder? If so Gibbs will be slaughtered.

Gibbs is pretty good tbh. There's every chance he'd be 1st. choice right now if he wasn't so injury prone.

I don't see that happening to be honest, you only have to take a look at how well we've done in the Carling Cup down through the years to see that, generally speaking, Wenger gets his selection spot on.

Hoping for a good game and obviously win, but I don't see any chickens just yet!

    Arshavin should've scored.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,571 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

Arshavin never even looked like scoring there, way too many touches.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,046 ✭✭✭✭L'prof

Leeds looking good, I look the look of Watt.

Terrible from Arshavin there, should be 1-0!

    Ars(havin) Biscuits!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,211 ✭✭✭Royale with Cheese

At no point there did I ever think Arshavin would score.

Also, Bendtner on the wing again. Why?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,571 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

He wasn't even looking when he shot, he had his head down and just hit it, didn't even aim. Serious air about him of someone who doesn't give a shít.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,046 ✭✭✭✭L'prof

Woj still doesn't like receiving the ball from the defenders!
