Refund through Paypal.

I bought a jacket on ebay and I got it yesterday. It was different from the picture so I asked for a refund and he said he'd given me one. My paypal account says I've got the refund and its been credited to my card, but I look at my card online and its not there. I then look at my ebay and it says I have yet to pay for the jacket. I'm completely confused, whats going on?

You ahve been refunded to paypal - you can now delete the eBay transaction.

Its completely normal to see , what you see , when you have been refunded .

The refund will revert back to your paypal account - not your credit card .

But you say above that your paypal account says, that you got the refund .

If you got a refund , it will be in Payapl , and you will receive email confirmation too.

The money doesn't show immediately. Credit card transactions always take 3-5 days to show up.

Also if you paid by card the money will be refunded to your card not your paypal balance. Only if you had paid via funds already in your paypal account will a refund revert to your account balance.
