Always hear a song on phantom and can never find it or get the name. The intro is a fella with an americian accent saying something along the lines of "i wanna be free to do things i wanna do, I wanna have a party" or something like that. then the rest of the song in an instrumental. anyone know it?

When I used to DJ in my friend's house after nightclubs during college they would always hate me for mixing this one with Taking Heads songs.
