    well i got myself a propane adaptor . now which propane do i use .

    There's only one type of propane. Different brands, sure, but the propane itself is always the same. Change the tiniest thing and you end up with propene or propyl instead.
    As for brands, it doesn't matter a damn. Whichever one is the biggest bottle for the cheapest price.
