So I've a problem that makes me sleepless for last few days. I'm re-insulating my attic in 11 years old house that i bought last year. On the top there are roofing tiles, then roof felt and roof trusses. Roof felt touch all trusses, and i can see that few of these trusses are wet at the edges. - I have noticed this after snow started dissapearing from the roof due to thaw. Nothing major, but there are few places ander these trusses were water drops fell onto insullation making it wet. - trusses shouldn't be wet in few years time i'll start to have serious problems with roof. What can i do to fix it ? i want to have dry attic best option would be to remove roof :), but I have no budget for this. Also in roof felt there are 3 or 4 holes/ cuts - how to repair them ? and last thing - on the top of new insulation i want to put a moisture resistant membrane that would allow to get moisture get out, but not to get in - it is also a wind barrier - i can't find it anywhere in Ireland. - please advise :) Thank you
Not sure if this help / or if issue is known in my area - it is Rusheeney Village in Dublin 15.

Your problem could be perished felt, condensation, cracked or broken tiles or slates, etc. In other words it could be a number or mixture of things, it is best you get a good local Architectural Technician in to have a look for you.
