Back to basic holiday?

    Hi,

Due to both myself and my husband being made redundant last year we have very little money to be going abroad on a holiday this year. But with our eldest daughter starting school this September we want to give her a little holiday just to mark the occasion. What we are really looking for is cheap and cheerful, we want to go back to basics as we knew it as children, something on the lines of what Mosney used to be but somewhere else in Ireland not abroad. Maybe staying in a holiday home or chalet and on site entertainment, indoor pool and amusements.
I dont have a clue of anywhere in Ireland that offers this anymore, any suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks!
