    The one in the top left, near the wifi.

    It means call forwarding is active.

    Seems to be a known problem with the 3 network. Call forwarding isn't actually active, but for some reason the network has told the phone it is. You can clear it by going into settings > phone > call forwarding. Once it checks the status, the icon will disappear.
