    Great site, hopefully someone can help.

    Does anyone know if there is a way of defaulting a Concord alarm ? It was installed by phonewatch.

    Yes, it can be done. Do you have the engineer code off the alarm ?
    I would only recommend defaulting this alarm if you know how to reprogram it.

    Thanks for the reply altor. No I do not have the engineer code off the alarm. Is there a way of defaulting the alarm without it ?

    There is a way to default the alarm without the code but only installers of this system would be able to do it for you. If you have paper work off the alarm from PW, the engineer code is on this.

    I was on to the customer today and they dont have any paperwork off the alarm. She wants to change the monitoring away from phonewatch. I see you have installed these system, could you take a look at it for her ? I am an installer but have never used this alarm before. Even looking at the installer manual does not explain how its done.
