Greenstar bins-have yours been collected?

    Why havent the bins been collected yet?

    I know this is AH and all but i need a quick response-god knows the old biddy at 2947900 was rude as hell-definitely up her own ass.

    Well i first rang and the she refused to forward my call my anyone in management-i was redirected to a automatic machine where nobody picked up the phone. This went on for 4 separate calls. It was ridiculous. Either all the staff were off today or there must have been a flood of complaints before i rang in.

    Just now a van did just come but it only collected the waste bin-it was suppose to collect the recycling bin as well!!! why else would i leave it out for them?

    does anyone have one of those 2011 calendars on their pc that i could get a copy off-the ones that give you all the collection dates on them? is today a recycling collection day-mine was 2 weeks ago today so it should be today again....

    Maybe email them: customerservices@greenstar.ie so you have a paper trail, also make sure that you get the name of the person that you're dealing with when you phone so you can follow it up.
