I wanted to do something truly epic for my 5000th post....like a 2 page rant that would get me banned or something. Or perhaps something miraculous like create a thread that got more than 2 'Thanks'. (Yes, that's a subtle thanks-whoring attempt).

But alas, I was so engrossed in pointless threads, that I completely missed this totally unimportant milestone. Now I have to wait to reach 10,000 posts, which at my current post rate, should be something in 2013/2014.

It feels like I've missed my own birthday, and not even received any presents

Do you care about such milestones, or like to do anything special when they are reached? Or is post count completely irrelevant to you?
