    Im just wondering if anyone knows of or is interested in starting a running group to do some easy jogging/running in castleknock area???

    Just an hour or so in the evenings??

    Not too sure what all that means??
    I was just wondering if a group of people would like to get together in a fairly informal bases to get fit/active in the evening times???
    I dont think I would be fit enough to join an actual club but not sure how these things work - any advice apprecited??

    I think Mr Clubcard was suggesting that those excellent clubs have established groups that you could check out if you wished Viv. Clubs are generally happy to welcome newcomers.

    But you're in a nice part of the world for running - hope you get some replies.
