I have a problem with my shower which has only recently came into it.
I have a dedicated feed from the Storage tank and the hot cylinder into a single feed into the pump. The Pump is a single impeller CF with a 4 litre expansion vessel attached. The Hot has a thermostatic Valve to control the Temp entering the pump.
It was working fine but now when you take a shower it runs fine for a whileand then the Water stops flowing while the pump keeps running.
Also it used to switch the Pump off a few seconds after you turned the Water off. But now the pump keeps running for about 3 minutes before it stops itself.
Nobody has touched the pressure switch.
It has me baffled at present. Would the problem be with the expansion tank not being able to maintain the pressure on the line.
Any help please.
