    By the sound of this post and the obvious extreme emotion, I don't think it will be the white van driver who dies soon.

    Rubbish collection should be free and people should be paid for recyclables. Priorities need to be sorted out on the issue, do we really want a cleaner environment or simply charge people more for nothing.

    Recycling haven't been done in even longer, feckers.
