debs dresses

    daughter invited to debs - wants to hire a dress or buy reasonably priced one. anyone got ideas where to get something without spending a fortune. Limerick City or County areas. No doubt she'll hit me for the high costs when its her own debs later one biggrin.gif

    Did you try Monsoon at all? They usually have some nice dresses, and with the sale on at the moment, you might pick up something or maybe Coast in BT's.

    I saw a few really lovely maxi dresses in Swamp similar to one I wore to a ball recently, around €50.

    Pamela Scott in Limerick would definitely be somewhere to try in their sale,got my own debs dress there and even though that wasn't in sale still found the price great compared to other shops, so they should definitely have some good reductions !

    Definitely try shops like Monsoon, Coast, Karen Millen, Pamela Scott etc. during sales as they have great reductions especially towards the end. TK Maxx is also a great place I've gotten a few there over the years. A friend of mine picked up a bridesmaid dress in one of those Oxfam Bridal shops and wore it to a ball but I dont know where they have stores so perhaps check their site. Also have a look on ebay as you can pick up some great bargains.
