After I stopped admiring my watch, I notice something on the chrono dials. On reset they dont reset to the 12 position rather 1 second off

Any ideas why this would be the case and additionally how to fix it..

If its within warranty I'd be bringing it back to the retailer. Otherwise you may need a warchmaker.

    glad you got it sorted

and for reference, your watch is a chronograph,

a chronometre is a watch that performs within certain tolerances and has been certified as tested :)

of course a chronograph may be a chronometre :)

Make sure the chronograph function is in the reset position i.e. start it, stop it (top button), and reset it (button button), you should see the hands spinning around to a stop position.
Step 1: Pull the crown (winder) out to the 3rd position (hands setting).
Press the top button continuously and you should see one of
your chronograph hands spinning, you can stop the hand by
releasing the button and set it at 0/60 or 30(depends on the
    watch).
Step 2: Do the same for the bottom button, a different chronograph hand
will spin and set to 0/60 or 30.
Step 3: Push the crown back one position (quick date setting), repeat
the process in steps 2 and 3.
Step 4: Push the crown fully in when you have all the hands reset (screw
    down if applicable).
This process is for most Swiss chronographs some vary, if this does not work let me know I'll try another way. I hope it makes sense.
