Short term memberships

    Hi everyone.
    Just wondering does anyone know any gyms near step aside in Dublin that offer short term memberships.I've just been transferred here for work for 5months so don't want a year contract. I been screwed before were a gym made me keep paying for 8months after I had been moved on for work 4 hours away.

    I joined Westwood before on a 3 month membership. I was then able to extend it on a monthly basis. It was a bit more expensive than you'd pay per month as an annual member (€95 compared to €75) but I got great value out of it.

    I signed up in Sandymount (they offered a lower joining fee than Leopardstown) but was able to use any of their gyms.

    You just have to give them 30 days' written notice (or was it 60?!) to get out of the contract.

    Simply Fitness in Milltown do short term contracts as far as I know and looks like their rates are fairly low
