Is 'vintage watch' just a new name put on products which were in the past simply and honestly called "second-hand"?

I'm looking at a 'vintage watch' and I want to know it this just a euphemism for a used/second-hand watch. It says it's a 2007 watch. Does this mean it's a 2007 model or a watch which was bought then and has been worn by somebody since?

Here's the watch in question (Gents Omega Seamaster Watch).

    Thanks.

I believe it can mean many things to many people. For me something vintage has to be old and of good quality.

    Here're some definitions:

I;d consider it an item from a collectable/notable period .
So it depends on the item .

A little pretentious to call it a vintage watch.

But its a nice watch all the same.
